WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY – SWIFT MARINE
At Swift Marine, our goal is to ensure the complete satisfaction of every customer. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Swift Marine provides a return period of 30 days from the date of receipt.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, complete in the original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Special Order items cannot be returned.
Please note, opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography will not be accepted for return unless they are defective.
For products requiring service, either under warranty or otherwise, we recommend returning them directly to the respective manufacturer.
Obtaining an RMA number:
To initiate a return and obtain an RMA number, please:

Provide your original invoice number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
